H1₀:  During the 2008-2009 financial crisis, perceptions of supervisor leadership/communication do not differ significantly by industry.

RQ2 What correlation, if any, exists between perceptions of the 2008-2009 financial crisis and supervisor leadership/communication?

H2₀: There is no significant correlation between perceptions of the 2008-2009 financial crisis and supervisors’ leadership/communication.

H2_A: There is significant correlation between perceptions of the 2008-2009 financial crisis and supervisors’ leadership/communication.

 

RQ3 What correlation, if any, exists between supervisor leadership/communication and employee performance during the financial crisis of 2008-2009?
