A National Study of Leadership During the Financial Crisis

August 25, 2009 - After approximately six weeks of data collection, 1,150 individuals participated in the study of leadership
during the financial crisis. Employees (41%), middle managers (32%), and seniors leaders (27%) participated. Individuals from education
(35%), business (31%), healthcare (14%), government (13%), and other industries (such as manufacturing, non-profits, and human services)
shared their insight. Most individuals indicated they worked with their current organization between 1 to 5 years.
