RQ 1 - Industry Differences in Supervisor Leadership
& Communication

What leadership and communication differences, if any, exist between  

supervisors from various U.S. industries during the financial crisis? 


 

Statistical analysis found several significant differences in supervisor leadership and communication based on industry (F (6,1000) = 4.76, p < .00).

Government and non-profit supervisors scored significantly lower than healthcare, business, and education leaders.
